By accessing and using Victor ("the App" or "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Victor is a mobile application that enables users to schedule, organize, and manage sports events with friends. The Service allows users to:

• Create and manage sports events
• Invite friends and contacts to events
• RSVP to events (accept, decline, or indicate maybe)
• Discover other users and connect with them
• Manage contact lists and connections

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing your phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Event Organization and Participation

When creating or participating in events through Victor:

• You are solely responsible for the events you create and the information you provide
• You acknowledge that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks
• You agree to participate at your own risk and release Victor and its operators from any liability related to injuries or damages that may occur during events
• You are responsible for ensuring events comply with all applicable laws, including permits, insurance, and safety regulations
• You agree to respect other participants and maintain appropriate conduct at events

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

• The collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
• Sharing your contact information with other users you connect with
• Receiving communications related to events and the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Victor and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or share through the Service. By posting content, you grant Victor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VICTOR AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Victor and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Victor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
